User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing generated content, correcting errors, and deciding whether a digital output is suitable before using or sharing it.
No Outcome Guarantee
Canada Works provides software utilities and digital outputs. We do not guarantee any third-party response, assessment, approval, ranking, selection, engagement, or outcome.
Orders And Pricing
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars before you continue with an order. Product IDs, selected country, order date, order status, receipt reference, and customer contact information may be stored for service delivery, support, tax, accounting, and reconciliation.
Self-Service Accounts And Access
Products are provided as self-service digital software access, digital credits, generated files, downloadable documents, or electronically delivered outputs. Users are responsible for keeping account and email access secure.
Customer Content
You confirm that the information, files, and instructions you submit are accurate, lawful, and yours to use. You grant Canada Works permission to process that content to create and deliver the requested digital output.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Canada Works to submit false, harmful, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or security-compromising material. We may refuse or stop service where misuse, fraud, or platform abuse is suspected.
Intellectual Property
Canada Works owns the platform, workflows, templates, designs, systems, and website content. After your order is completed, you may use the delivered digital output for your own personal or business document-preparation purpose, subject to these terms.
