Digital Delivery
Canada Works products are digital software tools. Delivery may include immediate digital access, account access, digital credits, an editable document, generated draft, checklist, profile text output, order confirmation, or support message sent electronically.
Information Needed
Delivery depends on the information supplied by the customer. If required details are missing, inaccurate, or unclear, VisaTalents Canada Works Inc. may request clarification before completing the digital output.
Delivery Timing
Digital access may begin immediately after order completion. AI/system-generated outputs may be prepared quickly after order completion, but timing can vary by product, customer inputs, queue status, support review needs, and technical availability.
Review Before Use
Customers must review and edit generated documents before use. The customer is responsible for confirming that names, dates, work history, achievements, organization details, and other personal information are accurate.
Refund Review
All digital credit purchases, generated outputs, downloadable files, and data subscriptions grant immediate access or begin system processing soon after order completion. These purchases are non-refundable once access is granted, a credit is issued, a deliverable is generated, a file is downloaded, or a digital output is emailed or otherwise made available.
VisaTalents Canada Works Inc. may review refund requests for duplicate orders, accidental duplicate charges, confirmed technical delivery failure, or a product that could not be supplied.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not normally provided because a customer changed their mind after delivery, supplied incomplete or incorrect information, expected a different third-party outcome, or did not review the document before using it.
Subscription Cancellation
If Canada Works offers a subscription or recurring billing product, users may cancel the next billing cycle through the account dashboard where available or by contacting support before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not reverse charges for digital access already granted in the current billing period.
Corrections And Support
If a technical issue prevents access to a digital output, contact support. VisaTalents Canada Works Inc. may correct access issues, resend delivery details, or request missing customer information needed to complete the order.
